Account types

A Gylt.me account is established either for an individual or for an organization; the same account is not simultaneously both. Organization administrators may manage authorized users, permissions, and organization-controlled records.

Your content

You retain ownership of content and information you lawfully enter or upload. Gylt.me and its service providers receive only the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, secure, display, and otherwise handle that content to operate the Services.

Access and export

Where a product offers export tools, you can use them to obtain copies of supported records. Privacy rights may also include access, correction, deletion, portability, withdrawal of consent, or other rights depending on applicable law.

For privacy requests, use an available in-app privacy/account tool or email legal@gylt.me. Gylt.me may verify identity and authority before acting on a request.

Data retention

Gylt.me retains account information and user content for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the account and Services, maintain security and continuity, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Different categories may have different retention periods.

When content or an account is deleted, information is removed or deidentified from active systems according to deletion processes, subject to technical backup cycles and information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, transaction records, or dispute resolution.

Account deletion

You may request deletion through an available in-app deletion feature or by contacting support@gylt.me. Gylt.me may require reauthentication or other reasonable verification for sensitive deletion actions.

Deleting an account or deleting an app does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Marketplace subscriptions must be canceled using the applicable Apple or Google controls.

Shared and organization data

If another user or organization separately retains information you previously shared or exported, deleting your Gylt.me account may not delete that independently held copy. Removing another person’s access stops future authorized access through the applicable sharing feature, but may not retrieve copies lawfully exported or downloaded earlier.

Caregiver data

Your Meds Today may allow users to authorize caregivers or care recipients to view or help manage selected information. Users are responsible for choosing appropriate permissions and for having authority to share another person’s information.

Consumer health data requests

Where consumer-health-data law applies, you may have rights to confirm collection, access data, request a list of certain recipients, withdraw consent, or request deletion. Gylt.me does not sell consumer health data. Email legal@gylt.me with the subject “Consumer Health Data Request” to exercise applicable rights.
