Our approach

Gylt.me uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.

Safeguards may include access controls, authentication, encrypted transport, restricted administrative access, logging, backups, and security review appropriate to the Service. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, using reasonable security practices, and promptly notifying Gylt.me if you suspect unauthorized account access. Gylt.me may require reauthentication or verification before sensitive account, export, caregiver, organization, or deletion actions.

Infrastructure and service providers

Gylt.me may use service providers for hosting, database, authentication, email, notification, security, diagnostics, and deployment. The current architecture may use Supabase for application database, storage, and authentication functions and Vercel for web application hosting and deployment. Apple and Google process app-store purchases and related marketplace information.

Health data

Your Meds Today health data is not used for targeted or behavioral advertising. Sensitive health information should not be intentionally sent to advertising networks or used to create advertising profiles.

Security incidents and health-data breaches

If Gylt.me experiences a breach involving health information or other personal information, we will investigate and provide notices to affected individuals, regulators, or others when required by applicable law. Qualifying non-HIPAA personal health records may also be subject to the federal Health Breach Notification Rule.

Report a concern

For a suspected account compromise, privacy issue, or security concern, contact legal@gylt.me or support@gylt.me. Do not include medication details, passwords, authentication codes, or other unnecessary sensitive information in email.
