Subscriptions, Cancellation & Refunds

Auto-renewal

Where offered, subscriptions may renew automatically for the period shown at purchase unless canceled through the marketplace account used to purchase them before the renewal deadline shown by that marketplace.

Where purchases are handled

Gylt.me applications are currently sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Pricing, billing, payment processing, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refunds are therefore also subject to the applicable marketplace terms and controls.

Cancellation

Deleting the app does not necessarily cancel a subscription. Cancel through the Apple App Store or Google Play account that was used to purchase the subscription.

Refunds

Marketplace purchases and refunds are handled through Apple or Google under their applicable rules, except where Gylt.me has an obligation under applicable law or marketplace requirements.

Trials and promotions

Gylt.me may offer trials, promotional access, free tiers, usage limits, or feature-specific restrictions. The terms displayed when a particular offer is made control that offer.

Price or feature changes

Gylt.me may change subscription prices or features prospectively, subject to applicable law and marketplace requirements. We will not intentionally deprive users of paid access already owed without providing a remedy required by law or marketplace rules.
